The I-88 is a powerful 90 watt, pure class-A, KT150 integrated amplifier. It is an updated version of Jadis' award-winning DA88S, designed around a double push-pull design of KT150 tubes. It is fully autobias with four line inputs, one digital USB input and comes standard with a remote control. The I-88 was designed from the ground up to take advantage of the new KT150 tubes which are said to offer improved microphony and heat dissipation characteristics, and provide more power and better detail and bass control than other tubes.Featuring Jadis' custom in-house, hand-built transformers, the I-88 will easily drive today's demanding real-world loudspeakers to authentic listening levels. The I-88 delivers the trade-mark Jadis sound; warm and rich yet very detailed and fast with impeccable timing, real-world dynamics and a large soundstage. Pure Heaven. Tube complement is: 8 x KT150, 2 x 12AX7, and 3 x 12UA7. It offers bandwidth of 10Hz - 19kHz and weighs, surprisingly, 88 lbs. The I88 was specially designed to work with the new KT150 pentode tubes. It is a double pushpull giving 90W in pure classeA. Integrating a digital input, it can be connected to a computer in order to enjoy digital music. For an more simplicity, the I88 comes with a remote control. This amplifier combines outstanding power and dynamic with sweetness and delicacy.
